4.Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information required for dispatch services, including where applicable:
- Carrier and company information
- MC/DOT information
- Insurance documentation
- Equipment and truck information
- Driver information
- Operating preferences and availability
- Documents required for load booking
- Accurate contact information
The client remains responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance, licenses, registrations, equipment, and other requirements applicable to its transportation operations.
5.Loads, Brokers & Third Parties
Velocity Haulers may communicate with brokers, shippers, factoring companies, and other third parties as part of providing dispatch services.
These parties operate independently of Velocity Haulers. We do not control their availability, decisions, payment practices, policies, or performance.
Any rate confirmation, transportation agreement, load confirmation, or other document issued by a third party remains subject to that party's terms.
6.No Guarantee Of Earnings
Velocity Haulers assists clients in locating and negotiating freight opportunities, but no specific income, profit, RPM, load volume, or financial result is guaranteed.
Freight markets can change due to demand, location, equipment type, seasonality, fuel prices, broker rates, capacity, weather, regulations, and other factors beyond our control.
Any revenue figures, RPM examples, or earnings estimates communicated by Velocity Haulers are for informational purposes only and should not be considered guaranteed results.
7.Service Agreements & Fees
Where applicable, dispatch services will be governed by a separate written agreement between Velocity Haulers and the client.
Any applicable dispatch fee, payment arrangement, service charge, or other commercial term will be communicated before or during onboarding.
If a signed service agreement contains terms that differ from these website Terms & Conditions, the applicable service agreement will control the client relationship.
8.Documents & Load Confirmations
Velocity Haulers may assist with obtaining, organizing, or communicating dispatch-related documents.
However, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving all rate confirmations, load details, contracts, and other documents before accepting or transporting a load.
The carrier remains responsible for ensuring that each load complies with its operational, legal, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
9.Sms / Text Message Communication
If you separately and voluntarily opt in to receive SMS communications from Velocity Haulers, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, dispatch services, appointments, service updates, account communications, and other communications consistent with your consent.
